Students from Cascade Junior High School made cards for first responders, thanking them for all they do. The Leadership class delivered these cards on 9/11 to Aumsville Police Department, Aumsville Fire Department, and Marion County Sheriff Department. Cards for Turner Fire and Police Departments were delivered later.

Our students loved getting the chance to thank our first responders and get a tour of the places where they work. You can see more pictures on our Facebook page.

Suicide Awareness Prevention Month

September is Suicide Awareness Prevention Month. At Cascade, we want students and everyone to know they are not alone! We work hard to help each student have a connection with a trusted adult.

People can also call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org for themselves or if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support. No matter where you live in the United States, you can reach a trained crisis counselor who can help.

Have a great weekend, Cascade!
